Resume Critique: Information Assurance

So I've basically been in IT Tech Support roles for 10 years, and late last year I decided I wanted to make a move into Information Assurance after seeing a couple of co-workers move into it and researching the role. I've attempted to cater my resume to towards the security related functions I've had done over the years, and after 2-3 months of applying I have yet to receive even a call. I've only applied for those requiring Security+ and no more than 2 years experience, so roles I would consider to be entry level. Please see my resume linked below, feedback is appreciated.https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=73C12B17972F810F!96520&authkey=!ADW4HochBGN1l2U&ithint=file%2cpdf

Robertf969 Member Posts: 190I noticed you have 10 years of DOD experience, why not attempt an exam in the IAM category since that seems to be the positions your are targeting. I cant imagine you would have much trouble finding an IA position with a CISSP or even a CASP. Remember even if someone hires you without an IAMII or IAMIII certification they are going to expect you to get it (probably within 6 months), why not separate yourself from the pack and proactively get it?
