Cisa study guide

Hi all, I am planning for December exam, I started with crm but found it too dry n missing detailed explanations, can anyone tell me how is cisa study guide by David connan, I heard that it's written in 2011 and there were some changes in cisa syllabus? Is it still relevant? Please help me Thanks

The exam content has been updated and changed since June 2015 by ISACA. So, going forward, the David Cannon CISA may not be applicable to the new exam. However, David Cannon does have a book slated for release in December of this year.
