Stuck at a crossroad... A little advise is needed from the pro's :)

Hola!

I am unsure of what do study for my first cert. Is a tie between: MTA - 98-366 or MCSA - Windows Server 2012.

Quick backstory:

I work as a Operation Analyst in which we run Server 2012 R2. So I want to go for the MCSA since it will help now but I seen online that you should do the 366 to get a better understanding how WDS, DHCP, and DNS work.

Would you say this is valid?
