Where to get training w/a certificate?

I'm wanting to get EnCase certified. They say you have to have at least 64 hours of certifiable training. Can anyone tell me where I might get live hacker online training that would provide me with a certificate for the least amount of money? I'm having to foot the bill for this on my own.

I currently have no verifiable forensics work under my belt.
