Thinking about taking Server + Next

I just got my Net+ and have been thinking about taking Server + next. What all should I know about the Server + advice wise, and also any recommendations on books, labs etc and do I need to take the Sk0-003 or Sk0-004 which one should I aim for?

Congrats on Network+! I took sk0-003 and only used the PrepLogic Mega Guide. Expect to see lots of raid, disaster recovery and virtualization on top of A+ and Network+ (maybe some Security+) topics. Good luck!!!
