Now am done with A+ and NET+; what do you think I should go for next?

I really like doing networking but am not sure if I should do a Microsoft or a Cisco cert (security).

congrats! Take a look at Sec+, it will give you good core basics for security, and then if networking is your interest, then go Cisco.
