I was wondering how a switch treat a multicast. Does it flood the frame in all the ports or does it knows in which port there is someone interested in a particular multicast address?
If it knows, how?

It depends on what you tell it to do! By default I believe all catalyst switches have IGMP snooping enabled and need an mrouter of some sort to forward multicast traffic. So you have a few options to make the device forward these frames. Disable IGMP snooping to flood like boradcast is one.
