Time to do a password recovery. You'll need a console cable as you need to interrupt the boot sequence.
Here's a guide:

Just reset the whole device, You may have to login to J-Web first too before you can dive into the CLI.. haven't touched a 210 in awhile but I think the 100 Bs were like that. http://192.168.1.1 root/(blank) -

Huh? I've never run into a situation where I have ever needed to use J-Web before I could access the CLI. It most cases, you need to access the CLI before you can access J-Web. It's been a long time since I've touched a SRX-100B, but I am quite certain I have never touched J-Web or the auto-config wizard.
Just bust out the console cable. Or, on a default config with the branch-level SRXs, you can connect to the ethernet ports, get an IP via DHCP, and ssh into 192.168.1.1. On a SRX-210, you'd plug into any port between ge-0/0/1 and ge-0/0/15. ge-0/0/0 is defaulted to a WAN port.
