App to scan outbound emails in Outlook for PII?
Can you recommend an app that integrates with Outlook that will scan outbound emails for PII? Thanks!

I think you can setup Spector to alert on keywords. I would contact their sales and pose this question to them. This is however something that needs to be installed per node, not per email server. Depending on the environment, this might be good or bad.

OP, when you say Outlook, do you mean client-side instead of something for Exchange? -
