My daughter, the kindergartner teacher introduced me to Quizlet. There are quite a few CISSP decks available for free on their website. All you need to do is create a free account and you are good to go.

One set of flash cards are set up by Domain. On your phone you have a couple of different options, Flash Cards, Learn Mode and Matching. I enjoy the matching as it is quick and easy to get going and matches what I have seen from the new type of question in the exam.
