Level 2 is like the backbone
Level 1-2 is the ABR
Level 1 is any area other than the backbone connected to an ABR.

level 2 database has routes from both level 1 and level 2 right?

Quick edit above, level 2 is like the backbone, it will receive the L1 LSPs from the L1L2 router. You should try and learn about the LSPs rather than looking at routes.
