New to all of this

Good Morning to you all
I am looking to make a career change and was thinking of taking some in class certification courses.I would like to know if there is any entry level courses I should take BEFORE I take the COMPTIA A+ class,I do not have much computer experience but am looking to get as much info on this as possible.

I think something like this is what you are after, it seems to prep you if you plan on doing the A+.

I had little IT experience other than using a computer daily in my office job and I ended up doing fine on the A+ with no other previous certs.
