Calling all Mac Experts!! Assistance needed..

So I posted a while ago regarding an internal opening in my current company and I finally had the chance to get to the final interview. The catch is 30% of the support will be Mac issues and the manager who will be conducting the final interview is a Mac expert. I was advised by the supervisor that the manager is looking for someone who can troubleshoot Mac on an enterprise level. Can you guys give me some guidance or tips and links/vids with the common Mac issues in an enterprise environment? I am planning to install OSX on my desktop thru virtualbox to familiarize myself on navigating. Any help will be appreciated. I have 3 days to practice and ace the interview and hoping to get help as much as I can help. **no exp in OSX so this will be a tough one** More power to TE forums, thanks!

OS X uses property lists to store serialized objects *.plist; they can store user settings as well.

System Preferences is usually your friend when it comes to tweaking settings on a Mac. Go-Connect to server usually is the simple way to connect to a server on the network or even a network drive. These are some of the things that come to mind.

Apple Certified Associate course is online exam, and online resources (PDF). The training/certification is for each version of OS X.

    Apple - OS X Certifications

You won't become an expert in 3 days, but that course/certification is a good start for getting to the basics.

The most important thing to realise is that things are different in OS X, and there is a rationale behind it. It's a bit more modular than Windows, a bit better integrated. It's Unix, so if you have any *nix experience some of your favourite tools are there (ssh, bash, ifconfig, python, etc etc).
