plz how to update a router cisco to ios 15 in packet tracer !! it's urgent

You can actually do that for few routers using FTP server (you have an upgrade for 2800 router use 15.1 version). Also i think it depends on the version of packet tracer you are using.

PS: Its not original IOS in the packet tracer its just simulation thing I guess that's running in the packet tracer. there are many videos about this please try searching those.
