Hi. I was wondering if someone could critique my resume. My goal is to find a entry job like helpdesk technician, junior sys admin, noc or something along those lines so I can start working on Cisco certs in spare time. I'd like to eventually get a CCNP to become a network engineer.
The main feature of my resume is that I've got an IT degree, which I have put near the top. Most of my experience is only in the small business sector, however I have been exposed to some technologies like VMWare, Citrix and Cisco Routers/Switches at the basic level. I do not have corporate experience or any industry recognized certifications that I keep seeing in job postings. I do have old A+ and Sec+ I think 2010 objectives, so they are expired. I've got a bunch of really random skills too like WordPress, SEO, eCommerce development. I was looking at applying to a hosting company, so I was wondering if I should put this in there. Below is my current resume, I took out PII. Any suggestions to help me get more noticed are deeply appreciated. Thank you.

scaredoftests Mod Posts: 2,780 ModWhat software/servers did you use while employed where you are now? How many servers. What type of customers? Mention it in your positions. Get rid of Activities and community service (mention that in the interview..). That is all that jumps out at me..Never let your fear decide your fate....
