4th Interview

Got an e-mail from a company I applied at for an interview with the HR director next week. I've had two interviews with 2 different recruiters. 1 with the HR manager and now this one. I have done the technical/behavioral exams. I am just wondering if this is going to be another technical interview or what. The e-mail did say "short" 10 minute conversation so maybe just a phone call. I have no idea at this point. Does the IT director typically give technical questions? Thanks!

Most of the times when you go so far to have 4 interviews and at the end you meet with the IT director for a quick 10 minutes that means that the company ia close to 90% of making you an offer. Go there and speak with them, they will not ask technical questions, just similar high level questions as to why you leaving, or what can you offer to the company, what challenges have you faced and how did you overcome those challenges. Things like that.

I would concur with TheFORCE. It may be down to you and someone else, or they want to ask a few high-level abstract questions. I wouldn't be surprised if you got an offer letter afterwards.

I'd be surprised if the 10 min call is technical. As the others said, they might be down to a few people and want to get a final feel of your personality before deciding.
