Isaca official study guides are usually the best way to go... Lots of books on Amazon, too.

Recommended materials are Review Manual 2015 and QAE database subscription. Shipment is usually by Fedex/DHL so you can receive the books in less than a week. Do read the forum threads for other details.

Official ISACA materials are the only way to fly. Get the ISACA CISA manual/book and all of the questions (electronic or print, your choice). Read the manual once and keep it if you're looking for real-world on-the-job reference materials. Go over the Q&A time & time again since they help the most with the actual exam prep.
