Need a good packet analysis course

I have about a years worth on my 9/11 GI bill left and want to take a good packet analysis course. Any recommendations.....must be able to accept the GI bill.

The SANS Institute has GI Bill coverage. They offer a "post-baccalaureate certificate program" in Incident Handling that has quite in depth analysis.
