Endorsement?

Hi all,

Currently aiming at the CISSP but even within the industry i have never actually met anyone who holds the qualification.

When i eventually pass the exam, what process would be involved if i still do not know anyone with the Qualification? E.G unable to get endorsement?

Easy. You can have ISC2 endorse you.

"If you do not know an (ISC)² certified professional in good standing, (ISC)² can act as an endorser for you. In this case, please download and submit the Applicant Endorsement Assistance Form for the credential you are pursuing."

When applying for the endorsement, do you have to give your full employment history or only the relevant IT one?

So for example if you are doing the SCCP and require only 1 years endorsement, are your current employment details enough if you have worked there for over a year?
