MCSA/MCSE lab/home network separation

Howdy
First official post.
I have taken on the task of self study for the MCSA and then hopefully MCSE.
I have a home network setup running pFsense as a firewall.
LAN IP is 192.168.1.*
WAN IP is 192.168.0.1
DHCP is enabled.
There are a few firewall rules for XBOX Live etc.
Installed on a lab server is Server 2012 R2 as well as laptop running Windows 10
I would like to keep the two setups separate but still have access to the net for updates etc.

Yes, I have an ADSL modem in bridge mode connected to the WAN port.
PPPOE is setup on pFsense -
OctalDump Member Posts: 1,722So, you should be able to set up two separate LANs in pFsense and firewall them so that nothing can move between the two networks.
