I would like to take 70-410 exam (MCSE 2012). Hence, I have been watching CBTNuggets.com videos,
Can anybody tell me if this stuff is appropriate for exam or not,
If there is any other stuff, Please suggest me, you'll be highly appreciated!

It will help, but it's probably not the only thing you should use. Check out the MCSA/MCSE forum for some tips on the MS cert tracks
