If you have 8 years of experience go for either cism or cissp.

Well it's not necessarily one or the other.

Do you want to get into management? Do you have infosec management experience? The CISM requires 3 years of management or to acquire within 5 years. The point being, you won't be certified if you don't achieve that making it pointless if you aren't going that way. The CISSP would be icing on the cake for you or you could go with a pentesting cert if you want to mess around with offensive stuff.

SSCP would be a waste of time for you at this point.
