Changed phone number

I've sent out a lot of resumes and filled out a number of applications recently, but I just changed my phone number. My email is also on my resume, but how likely is it that an employer would email me when they can't get through on my phone number?

Should I worry about this, perhaps send out updated resumes? I think most of the online applications are not updateable unfortunately.

9 times out of 10 they tell me in the voicemail they will send me an e-mail with the job description.
