Has anyone used the secondary IP address command in PT ?
Can I create separate subnets using this command ?
Like :
Router interface has 192.168.1.1 and secondary is 192.168.2.1.
Switch has some Hosts with 192.168.1.0/24 and some Hosts
with 192.168.2.0/24

PT has a lot of limitations as you're finding out. It's alright for the CCNA but you should really use GNS3 or VIRL.

1.Kindly let me know if this will work.
One Router interface with two IP address's/subnets
192.168.1.0/24 The interface is assigned 192.168.1.1
192.168.2.0/24 The same interface is assigned 192.168.2.1
This router iterface is connected to a switch which has Hosts/PC's
with IP's in the 192.168.1.0/24 subnet and 192.168.2.0/24 subnet.
Will this work .Will a host with gateway 192.168.2.1 be able to ping
it and aother host ping 192.168.1.1 as its gateway.

    2.Where do I get IOS files for GNS3 ?

3.Is VTP part of CCENT ? I only see DTP in the syllabus ?
Some basic mention of VTP in Odom.

You will have to use Google to find IOS images for GNS3. Can't share them here. VTP is not on the ICND1 blueprint and therefore will not be on the exam.

The only way to legitimately get IOS for your routers is to have a service contract with Cisco. Any other dubious methods will not be discussed here.

You can also just pay for VIRL and not have to worry about images.

Koz my first question on secondary IP address , I googled and found a link that
secondary IP can be used with two separate subnets on a LAN with the router interface
having two IP's as gateway.never could do this in PT.

Dear Moderator I am sorry I did not mean to ask links for IOS images.
    VIRL seems a good option.
    Thanking You.
