Found it online at Udacity. Part of their online Masters in Computer Science. Looks like a pretty interesting foundational course. Lengthy at 6 months - 6 hours per week. Just thought I would toss it out there in case anyone is interested.

Dang! That looks SUPER interesting, but I think it's going to be a little bit before I have time to get to that with what I've got on my plate now.
