VERY HORRIBLE EXAM EXPERIENCE BUT MANAGED

I'm just from doing the 70-290 exam and trust me , i was in a bad way. I mean the exam refused to load and when it did i got so many errors that site admin had to come and correct the problem.

Any time i attempted to do a simulation question the machine would crash and i t would have to be restarted.

I was so determined to do it , that i skipped all the simulation questions and concentrated on the normal questions, by the time i had made these resolve the machine had been rebooted like 7 times, no exaggeration.

Anyway i managed to pass everntually but not with the score i wanted, i was looking for 850+, but oHH well i got 734.

HMMMZ i dunno is the a pass is a pass club still ahving some space.

Thanks People Hmmmz i feel pretty good, i have to say i studied up for the 290 exam in exactly 4weeks. Though not exactly the score that i wanted, a pass is a pass ain't it.

The books that i used to study for the exam were:-

MSPRESS 70-290
Syngress has alot of detail about terminal server and IIS.
Exam Cram for the cram sheet.
Technotes, have a look at the Terminal server notes pretty good.

Also i would suggest you have a lab setup to gain hands on experience and practise some of the exercises.

I dunno about CBT nuggets but from what i've heard ,they are darn good.

congratz! good that you suggest the syngress book. MS Press doesn't mentioned much about terminal server, but syngress gives a great explanation on it. Glad I choose syngress along with ms press.
