McGraw Hill have this freely available:McGraw-Hill Education | CISSP Practice Exams

I've also found the 7th Edition of the Sybex CISSP book online, from Sybex themselves in a public accessible directory but i'm unsure as to whether it should be disclosed. Thoughts?
