Chrome use some kind of risk content prevention.

It opens for me in Internet Explorer. I don't particularly care for IE, but it works better for some sites.

I do not think that's true. This site just use brightcove player for videos. Look VirusTotal results (scaning engine:c-sirt, quttera ans sucuri).

For Chrome view, turn on load unsafe script.

Yep, the use of brightcove seems to do that. I just opened it in IE instead.
