Sonic SSL-R3
Can anybody help me with configuring this or point me in a direction of some docs on this......i have been googling for the last hr and i found some stuff but it doesn't work....i can't console into it i can't ping it.....am about to conclude that it's broken....what yall think?

What do the support techs at SonicWALL say for you to do?

I might contact tech support....cause i tried the knowledge based, tried resetting the device with no avail....any other ideas? -

just an update........I contacted tech support........turns out there is a password that defaults everything........so I got that and also got the correct configuration for the terminal session........so now is onto configuration......thanks JD for your advice!

No prob. Tech support for the product in question is usually the best way to go (unless it's Dogbert on the other end of the phone
).
