I suggest you use CBT nuggets videos and lab as you go along with Keith Barker.
His videos cover 90% of the exam, plus Checkpoint has a practise exam to assist you. You can also get a 15 day free trail of checkpoint Gaia from checkpoint which you can use in vmware.
