Starting My CCNP Classes

Hi am vishnu from india, just 15 days before i started my weekly classes on CCNP RandS , i was thinking CCNA is one of the toughest exam as everybody told me the same but after going thru the concepts i dont think we have any easy exam below that.

I studied Todd Lammle book and videos for Mike Wallace (Cisco press) i purchased the video on monthly basis.

As am from india i am getting less paid for my knowledge and experience can anyone help about the openings for the position of Network eng in US
