how can i get certification of MCP

i have finished exam of MCP on 2008, how can i get certification of MCP if i forgot email, password?

You can request, by email, your login and a new password.

If you go to can't access your account (play along here) you'll be able to hit I know my password, but can't sign in and use your phone number. to "Recover" your account .It is worth a shot I was going to try it, but I didn't.

They didn't require a phone number back then so since he doesn't recall email or pwd I am pretty sure he won't be able to use the 'can't access your account' option.
