Hello All,
I am asking because i am not too sure where to start. I believe i can go down the CCNA voice track but i do not want to limit myself to just Cisco when it comes to working with VoIP phones. So i was wondering what books, videos, study material because i want to become a Unified Telecommunications Engineer. I just wonder what is a good start.
