I believe cbt nuggets has a course out by Jeremy Ciora and also the books are out from Cisco Press on Amazon.com

Yes I already checked on cbtnuggets website they have for one exam the other one says still on progress.

The other course is finished now.for $99 you get access to the videos, labs you can do with gns3 and the transcended practice exams.
