in CCNA & CCENT
hi folks
I was reading thru the Cisco Press book ICND , i came thru OSPF and ven i read tht portion it has not been defined very elaborately as RIP and IGRP. and also it says that i shud refer to CCNP for further details, is it that OSPF details are not very imp from the CCNA point of view, there is just an introduction in the above specified book with some configuration(basic).

I think you only cover single area configurations in the CCNA, and then really see what OSPF is about when you do the multi-area configurations in BSCI for the CCNP.:mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set!

http://www.ciscopress.com/content/images/158720083X/downloads/083x_06.pdf
Be sure to study this update!
Good luck.
