Online classes or videos?

Hey guys,
Can any of you recommend a good site for training online, perhaps videos explaining some of the high points and concepts. I am a visual learner and although reading the book has given me some insight, I was just curious to see if there was another resource to compliment the cisco books. Not really looking to spend too much money. I found this website, seemed to have some decent information on it. The site is http://www.e-learningcenter.com. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

looks interesting but i would want to get a sample of the material/course i was wanting to take.. they may have some areas better than others.

Do most of those websites charge a fee? How expensive we talking? Which one do you think was the best? Thanks.
