I think it's cute how VMware is mentioned, but not elaborated; I guess it's a soft skill these days.

Goes to show employers want multi-vendor certifications from Cisco, Microsoft, and VMware as soft skills not just specialization skills...seems the trend of specialization is a thing of the 1990's and 2000's. The 2010's want people with them all, which after being in the job market in NYC for 3 months is pretty much spot on.

Employers really want people with CCNA, MCSE, VCP, VCAP and SharePoint experience with AWS; it's a tall order but its what they seek....and people call me crazy for being so broad....blasphemy!!!
