Help installing Network+ Simulator Software

Has anyone had difficulty installing Comptia Network+ Simulator? I recently purchase it and can't get it to install. Click "start.exe and flash player loads with a selection to install the software. When I click the link, nothing happens. Just wondered if somebody might have had the same problem. I submitted a inquiry to Pearson (who sells/supports it) Haven't heard back from them.

If you have Java installed, try uninstalling it and then installing the software. If that doesn't work I know another way to install it. I had the same issue when I purchased the software.

You can also try right clicking on the executable and clicking the option to run as an administrator. I have seen some software for some reason ignore your adminstrator rights when trying to install programs.
