    The IT market in Minneapolis is pretty amazing. 3 days after I resigned I had 2 job offers!

    3 days after I lost my job I also was hired on the spot in real estate. We don't work together though, consider yourself lucky :)

    Hoping to find these types of managers as well since I don't have an IT background.
