Which cram guides?

I read somewhere (heck it might have been here) this "rule of thumb" for passing the CCNA:

I tell all students that they need to be able to complete all my labs and challenge labs within the allotted time, without looking at the solutions, AND be able to recite the cram guides from memory, AND be passing all the practice exams with at least 95%.

What are these cram guides he speaks of and where can I find them? Yes there's google, but what do you guys recommend?

I don't know about the "cram guides", but I would recommend that you be able to subnet in your head prior to taking the test. I used the following site, which helped a lot:
