Hi. I wondering if i do the ccna sec will renew my ccna r:s or i have to a ccnp r:s to renew my ccna r:s?

Any cert exam at the same level or higher will renew the CCNA R:S. So, yes, CCNA Sec will renew CCNA R:S - or any CCNP exam. You don't even need the whole certification, just pass one exam at that level.
