Graphics card isn't being recognised in Server 2012?

Hi, i've just installed server 2012 on a new HDD i installed in my PC, everything is fine and working but one thing i cant do it switch the display from my monitor to my TV via HDMI like i do on my other HDD in the machine on W7. I dont think the dedicated graphics card is recognised on it. Does it need the drivers to be installed again on this new HDD etc... Keeping in mind that it works perfectly on my other W7 HDD.

Cheers

Yes, once you dual boot, you need to install all your programmers and drivers and updates for the new OS.

I just had a look then on AMD's site and the only thing that is on my mind is that the driver that they have available are all for windows 7,8,10 versions. Nothing for 2012. I'm downloading the driver now and going to put it on a USB drive to install on 2012. Will it affect it though, i'm thinking it obviously will but there arent any 2012 options for compatibility.
    Thanks for the help again.

not the best option but win 8 drivers might work ok since a lot of 2012 is very similar.
