CEO's will care more about the business value that you will create for them rather than what your certifications are. If you can talk the business lingo you will do better than showing a list of certifications.

Many of the certifications suffer from both the brain **** mentality of folks who eye the exam to fame and fortune only to find the passing the exam liquidates the value for everyone as whole. See "paper 'insert certification here'". On the other hand a certain amount of market acceptance also means that HR, recruiters and many hiring managers learn to demand you have the same weakened certification either because it has become expected or they figure you might as well have it as it appears to be easy enough to obtain in the first place.
