practicing show commands and troubleshooting

So i took the ICND1 and i failed, the part of the test i failed on required me to use show commands and troubleshoot a network. Does anyone have any resources i can use that i can help me.

james43026 Member Posts: 303 ■■□□□□□□□□Yeah, the Cisco exams, will all require hands on experience. You need to either use simulation software like Packet Tracer, emulation software like GNS3, or even real equipment that you could buy used from EBAY for example. There are plenty of other choices than the ones listed above. Unfortunately the Cisco exams are very much based on practical knowledge, and knowing how to apply your knowledge in a scenario. Those simulation questions, are worth an enormous number of points, and getting 2-3 of them wrong, is a guaranteed fail even if you get the rest of the questions correct.
