Hey guys, haven't been here in a while. I used to post about help with my resume, yada yada. Now I have a nice internship that pays OK. I am learning a lot about AD, LDAP, etc.
Now I am a little stuck on what my next step should be. I got my associates degree finished while at this internship. This internship has been going on for about six months so far. I have no certifications.
I don't want to sound like some lost kid, but I dong know what my next step should be. Should I being going for certs? Should I go on for my bachelor's degree in computer science? Both? Neither? And what are some key things I should push my bosses to learn?
Thanks for any and all help!

Join an IT group on Meetup.com in your area if there is one. The social networking is going to pay off big for you without spending a dime. -
