Had an interview today for a systems admin position. I think I did as well as I could in an interview situation. I had a couple weeks to prepare so I had every detail down and came in prepared. I feel good about how it went and think I'll be the top pick, however I was a bit confused that the interview was full of standard questions and much more "soft skills" driven. I only had 2 technical questions and from our conversation there won't be a technical interview, just an offer extended if I'm chosen.
