ipconfig/winipcfg

i've read everywhere that Win2000/NT uses IPCONFIG and Win9x uses WINIPCFG. But according to Trancender, it says that Win9x can use both. Is that right?

quick summary since the other post is kinda long.
NT = command , type Ipconfig
9x = command, type Winipcfg,
9x = while in command prompt (little black command line box), type ipconfig, it will work
for the exam.. you need to know that NT and 9x do not use the same commands to bring up the network utility.. however.. while the command prompt is open.. you can then type in ipconfig on a 9x box and it will work
RussS
tokhss - yes and no
ipconfig is a command line utility in 9x and winipcfg is an executable program.
For the exam ....
IFCONFIG is Linux (I do not believe actually covered)
IPCONFIG Windows NT & W2K
WINIPCFG Win9x
