Are debugs only in ICND2 becuz their arnt any commands in the ccent book?

Debugs are in the CCENT and CCNA.

Long answer:

You can find the offcial checklist here. They mention troubleshooting and verifying various items. Which I would take to mean "know how to debug and show X" this technology.

Another good trick is to sign up for Safaribooks.com and search the book for "debug". Here I found 19 different times debug was covered in CCENT: Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician Study Guide: ICND1 Exam 100-101

While we can't be more specific, you should probably know all 19 variations shown in the text by heart.
