Passed on first attempt - no prior experience!

Hello friends,
Just passed my Sec+ on my first try today. Have been studying on/off for about 2 months but "seriously" for the last 3 weeks or so. I was fairly certain I failed, but ended up getting an 835 - I'm thinking they knocked out a bunch of my wrong answers. I have no formal background in IT, just been a lifelong computer nerd and recently starting working as an IT Manager (grad degree is MBA in Supply Chain - no tech concentration.)
Full self-studied, my methodology:
1. Go through full CBT Nuggets
2. Go through about half of the Professor Messer stuff
3. Test Gipson, remediate on the areas I missed
4. Same for Prowse
There were still things that I was shaky on but in general felt fairly capable. I have a background in corporate management, so the 'soft' questions about planning, disaster recovery, etc were easy feats for me. {do not discuss your exam on the boards}
So, proof positive! With a month of solid studying and no formal background, Sec+ is totally doable.
