I have my third interview with a company on Friday. It is mostly a work from home, travel to the office to configure equipment deal. From what I have gathered, they will want me to go after the CCIE Collab and will help pay for it. I have had a love/hate relationship with Voice for a while, but I think that if I am working for a company with that as a primary focus, I will be able to learn a ton and actually enjoy voice again. Anyway, wish me luck, folks!

I got the offer! 5K more than I submitted, plus bonus, plus paid training materials for certifications! Just have to run it past the last HR filter (wife), and see if I will accept! Thanks for everyone's support!
